For each kind of fee there may be special conditions for modification or cancellation of the Reservation made. In this way, the modification or cancellation of confirmed reservations will be subject to the particular conditions provided in the fee conditions and informed to the Customer during the booking process.

Any modification or cancellation must be requested to the Establishment at the email address available on the Website or in the Booking Confirmation or through the “Manage my booking” section of the website, indicating the email provided at the time of booking and the reservation code.
In the case the Customer wishes to modify the Reservation and the manner in which allows it, it must be subject to the conditions of availability, price, additional services, etc. that the Establishment had at that time.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the purposes of article 103 l) of Spanish Royal Decree-Law RDL 1/2007, the Customer has no right of withdrawal.

RETURN OF GOODS FROM THE SHOP

For the return of goods, the first step is to contact us through the email info@lafarm.es, where we will provide the address to which you must return the goods for replacement by another product of equal value. The products must be returned in the same conditions as they were received and with their original packaging. It is important that the goods are perfectly packed together with the original purchase ticket.

Once we have received the product and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to replace it. In the case of not having the same or a similar product, at the time of the return, La Farm Real Estate S.L. will proceed to the delivery of a voucher for the amount of the product that can be used for a period of 6 months from the date of its issuance.

In the case of contracted services and/or experiences, the amount will never be refunded. The user may replace the service with the same or another similar service at another time within a period of 3 months from the notification of such change as specified in the general conditions.
